(Last updated: October 15, 2007) Arizona Highways, by and through the State of Arizona and the Arizona Department of Transportation ("Arizona Highways"), maintains this Web site (the "Site") and provides the related services to you under the terms and conditions set forth below. In addition to editorial content presented in Arizona Highways magazine, the goods and services offered by arizonahighways.com and shoparizonahighways.com are products and subscriptions to the magazine that can be ordered by phone, mail or through the Site. PRIVACY POLICY TERMS OF USE The information and services offered on the Site are provided with the understanding that neither Arizona Highways, nor its editors, contributors, suppliers, customers or users, are engaged in rendering legal or other professional services or advice. Your use of the Site is subject to the additional disclaimers and caveats that may appear throughout the Site. Arizona Highways and its agents assume no responsibility for any consequence relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction that you take or fail to take based on the information, services or other material on this Site. PROHIBITED USES and COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT You may not use the Marks or copy, modify, download, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, frame in another Web page, use on any other Web site, transfer, or sell any Proprietary Materials, information, software, lists of users, databases or other lists, products or services obtained from this Site. The foregoing prohibition expressly includes, but is not limited to, the practices of "screen scraping" or "database scraping" to obtain lists of users or other information. If and when requested by Arizona Highways, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete user information. You agree not to impersonate or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
